Job Summary

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to lead our scaled outbound motion, working with the Head of Growth to build and optimize workflows for personalized, high-volume outreach using modern GTM tools. This role combines technical implementation with creative problem-solving to generate pipeline in a large, underpenetrated market. You will build and maintain outbound workflows, operationalize buying signals into campaigns, and experiment with new tools to improve results.

Must Have

  • 1–3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with tools like Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, or n8n
  • Ability to integrate systems and create no-code/low-code automations
  • Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices
