Job Description

Starbridge is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join its rapidly growing team in New York City. This remote, full-time role offers the chance to be part of a modern Go-To-Market team, engage with high-quality leads, and significantly impact Starbridge's growth trajectory. The Account Executive will drive sales excellence by managing the sales cycle from discovery to close, build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the SLED market, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Must Have:
  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, focusing on closing deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the SLED market.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales quotas.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a closing role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to successfully build and demo the Starbridge platform for customers.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in New York City. This role offers the chance to be a part of a modern GTM team, engage with high-quality leads, and significantly impact Starbridge's growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Manage the sales cycle from discovery to close. Most of your focus will be on closing deals — not prospecting. Our Growth and Marketing teams will keep you VERY busy :)
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the SLED market, positioning Starbridge as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and inform product development.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales quotas, contributing to the company's overall success.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a closing role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
  • Systems Thinking: Successfully building and demoing the Starbridge platform is like putting together a puzzle for your customers. No solutions engineers help here to answer the "tough" questions. The right candidate will be excited about this challenge.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required; field of study is flexible.
