This role focuses on ensuring and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service within the Rooms Division and other resort departments. The Front Office Supervisor will develop a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and foster effective guest relations to encourage repeat business. Collaboration with other resort departments is key to providing a seamless guest experience.

Job Description

This position ensures and maintains a consistent high standard of customer service, develops a thorough knowledge of all operation procedures in the Rooms Division similarly in the other departments of the Resort. He maintains effective relations with the guests to ensure repeat business and works closely with the other departments of the resort

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
  • A combination of creativity and strong product knowledge. 
  • Ability to maintain efficient and passion for hotel operations.
  • Role model in for the Accor Values and Heartist Culture.
