The Fulfilment Coordinator supports day-to-day operational functions for Logistics Center departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting customer needs. This role involves supervising and training direct reports, managing shipments and inventory, developing production schedules, and monitoring operational reports. It requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage performance, safety, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership
  • Experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Skills monitoring daily production goals and meeting company KPIs
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Skills in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs; frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to independently evaluate and problem solve
  • Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email)

The Fulfilment Coordinator supports in managing the day-to-day operational functions for the Logistics Center departments and in the most cost-effective manner while meeting the needs of both the internal and external customer. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to independently evaluate and problem solve during the course of the day. Reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Supervision and Training: Oversee, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports, ensuring high productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
  • Operational Management: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
  • Production Planning: Develop production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of job assignments, while maintaining records of time and production.
  • Activity Monitoring/Reporting: Track and send operational reports to designated operation personnel to inform decision-making.

**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and correct at-risk behaviors.
  • Recognize and reward positive behaviors.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Manage performance to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives are met.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee issues and foster open communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain and implement plans to maintain productivity, safety standards, quality, cost control, and employee morale.
  • Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).

**Minimum Requirements:**

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management involving onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping.

  • Metrics: Skills monitoring teams daily production goals and dynamically meeting company KPIs.
  • WMS Familiarity: Experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Conflict Management: Skills in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs; weight may vary based on facility requirements. Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
