Job Description

You will join the contract administration team within Philips' LATAM Back Office in Varginha-MG, focusing on administrative activities for Latin American operations and services. This role involves creating and managing service contracts, processing information changes, and establishing extended warranties for equipment. You will provide essential support to both internal and external Philips clients across Latin America and assist the Global team with financial audits. The position requires a higher education degree, advanced Spanish, and prior administrative and auditing experience, along with advanced Excel and reporting skills. It operates on a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office.

You will work in the contract administrators team, which is part of the LATAM Back Office team. Administrative activities for operations and services in Latin America, within Philips' Global Business Services structure, so that processes are carried out according to internal procedures. In this team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly with various groups of internal and external clients.

Your Role

  • Creation and administration of service contracts in the system
  • Administration of service contracts and modification of information upon request
  • Creation of extended warranty for installed equipment
  • Support for Philips' internal and external clients in Latin America
  • Support in Financial Audits with the Global team

You will succeed in this position if:

  • Higher Education Degree
  • Advanced Spanish is mandatory to deal with the Latin America team
  • Previous experience with diverse administrative activities and audits
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Reporting

Differential:

  • Intermediate/advanced English, being a differential;
  • LATAM customer service;
