Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for improving screen rendering quality, combining cutting-edge algorithms and workflows, and collaborating with programmers and artists to implement effects;

2. Tracking version and engineering-related screen rendering issues, analyzing game performance, and assisting engine programmers with performance optimization;

3. Tracking issues in the art pipeline, designing process improvement solutions, and collaborating with programmers to develop relevant tools to improve artists' work efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in a technical art position;

2. Possess excellent art foundation and aesthetics, familiar with art production tools and processes for various modules;

3. Solid mathematical foundation, proficient in common graphics algorithms, rendering pipelines, and Shader language;

4. Familiar with common graphics performance tools, able to independently locate rendering problems and implement optimization solutions;

5. Strong technical curiosity, continuously paying attention to and exploring cutting-edge technologies in the field of game development.
