1. Develop and Execute Overseas Community Strategy: Based on the global release schedule of "Monster Hunter Mobile Game", formulate and lead the execution of community operation strategies and goals for core player communities in Europe and America;
2. Plan and Implement Community Content: Deeply understand the core gameplay of "Monster Hunter" and overseas player preferences, plan and implement a series of community content including but not limited to game content reveals, weapon/monster features, version update interpretations, fun challenges, player story sharing, online interactive events, etc.;
3. Manage Creator and KOL Ecosystem: Discover, select, cultivate, and maintain high-potential English community creators and KOLs, formulate effective incentive mechanisms, and continuously guide them to produce high-quality "Monster Hunter" related UGC content;
4. Core User Operations and Public Opinion Management: Deeply operate core user communities and establish effective communication channels; possess keen cross-cultural sensitivity, efficiently handle various inquiries, feedback, and potential public opinion crises in player communities, and maintain a healthy community atmosphere; pay special attention to interaction with international core hunter guilds/communities;
5. Communication and Collaboration with Japan: As a communication bridge between the publisher and the Japanese CAPCOM developer, responsible for communication, coordination, and supervision with partners;
1. Proficient in English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, usable as daily working language; proficient in Japanese, capable of business-level written and oral communication with Japanese IP holders, understanding Japanese culture and business communication etiquette;
2. Deep understanding of the "Monster Hunter" series, understanding its core gameplay, player pain points, community hotspots, and series development history; familiar with the global "Monster Hunter" core community ecosystem; deep understanding of European and American gaming culture, especially the communication habits, norms, and cultural memes of console/PC hardcore player communities;
3. 2 years or more of international community operations experience for large-scale game products, familiar with the operation of mainstream international community platforms; proficiency in Discord for in-depth core community operations preferred, practical experience in liaising and collaborating with large game developers or well-known IP holders (especially Japanese) preferred.
