Regional Strategy Manager

Level Infinite, Tencent's international game brand, seeks a Regional Strategy Manager to deliver engaging gaming experiences globally and build player communities. This role involves deeply participating in strategy system construction, proposing optimization suggestions, and leading strategy planning and implementation in specific regions. The manager will also provide key support in project node management, resource integration, and upward communication, contributing to the brand's mission of empowering partner studios and publishing popular titles.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in overseas game publishing and operations.
• Ability to perform complete strategy modeling and data validation.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Capable of cross-team collaboration and upward communication.
• Possess an organizational perspective, focusing on improving efficiency between strategy and teamwork.

Good to Have

• Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Indian).
• Familiarity with game development, operations, and ecosystem, with prior game development experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deeply participate in strategy system construction and pilot model building, and propose optimization suggestions.

2. Be able to lead the planning and implementation of complete strategy processes in some regions or directions.

3. Play a key supporting role in project node management, resource integration, and upward communication.

Job Requirements

1. 3 years or more of overseas game publishing and operations experience, a passion for games, and complete project experience.

2. Possess complete strategy modeling and data validation capabilities, able to lead the formation of a strategic framework.

3. Fluent in Chinese and English, capable of cross-team collaboration and upward communication.

4. Possess an organizational perspective, focusing on improving efficiency between strategy and teamwork.

5. Proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred (Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Indian, etc.).

6. Familiar with game development, operations, and ecosystem, with prior game development experience preferred.
