Are you an experienced Game Artist who wants to join a young and high performing team and work on the next generation of mobile multiplayer games? Please read on!

Mission

As Game Artist at arkavis you’ll work inside of a Scrum team to create and update the next generation of mobile multiplayer games. You will join a small team where your mission is to cherish and develop the game.

Besides being an awesome general artist who likes to work on all art aspects of the game, you are also a confident person who is able to always move towards excellence. You will be in a highly agile and iterative game team and your individual contribution is essential.

Outcomes

Work in a team to create a unique, high quality visual style for our upcoming titles
Work on all artistic areas of the game, including UI, in-game objects, characters and environments if required
Plan, Estimate and Deliver on sprint commitments

Role Competencies

Working well in a small multidisciplinary Scrum team
Developing a coherent artistic vision based on Product Owner preferences
Producing appealing art in appropriate style and available time frame

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

3+ years experience with creating game art
Worked on at least one mobile game before
Great art skills with an eye for detail
Experience with 3D art, preferably from concept to animated deliverable
Fluent in English (reading, writing, talking)
Good communication and organizational skills, preferably experience from working in an agile project environment
Innovative spirit and willingness to contribute beyond the assigned tasks, actively seeking responsibility
Available to work at our studio in Bangkok

Nice to haves:

BONUS: Familiar with Scrum and worked in a Scrum team before
BONUS: Basic understanding of Unity
