Must have:
  • 6+ years of professional game development experience
  • 3+ years of experience using Unreal Engine
Good to have:
  • Consumer game production experience
  • Experience from start to finish on projects
  • Director/leader/project management experience
  • Advanced Unreal Engine knowledge (AI, combat, UI)
  • Japanese language proficiency

アートチームやエンジニアチーム、他分野のゲームデザイナーとコミュニケーションをとりながら、ゲーム制作において道先案内人=シェルパとなるゲームデザイナーを求めています。

仕事内容

  • ゲームデザイン(設計・実装)作業全般

    ゲームシステム、プレイヤー、エネミー、NPC、レベル、カメラ、ネットワーク、UI/UX、カットシーン、パラメーター、テキスト、タスク管理、他パートとの相談・進行、など

  • Unreal Engineを用いたゲーム開発と実装

必要な資格

  • ゲーム制作の実務経験(6年以上)

  • Unreal Engineの3年以上の使用経験

望ましい資格

  • コンシューマーゲームの制作実務経験

  • プロジェクトの最初から最後まで携わった経験

  • ディレクター、パートリーダー、プロジェクトマネージメントの経験

  • Unreal Engineの高度な知識と実務経験(特にAI、コンバット、UI実装スキル)

  • 日本語能力

Come join UNSEEN as a Game Designer! Let's create the world of KEMURI together!

You will join a team to design a game that captivate users and develop ideas for systems.

The ideal candidate for this position has a deep understanding of designing combats, systems, and UI. If you are looking for an opportunity to put your ideas into shape, look no further.

We are looking for a talented Game Designer who will guide the game production, closely collaborating with the Art Team, Engineering Team, and other Game Designers.

Responsibilities

  • Game design (design and implementation)

    Game system, player, enemy, NPC, level, camera, network, UI/UX, cutscene, parameter, text, task management, consultation and progress with other parts, etc.

  • Game development and implementation using Unreal Engine

Requirements

  • Professional experience in game development (6+ years)

  • Over 3 years of experience using Unreal Engine

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer game production

  • Experience working on projects from start to finish

  • Experience as a director, part leader, or project management

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (particularly in AI, combat, and UI implementation)

  • Japanese language proficiency

Qualities

  • Take initiative and collaborate with team members to lead the project through to completion

  • Ability to understand project directions and plans and derive the means to implement them

  • Approach tasks with a user-centric mindset and consider the broader impact of one’s work

  • Proactively embrace challenges and adapt to new experiences with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

  • Ability to think flexibly and adapt to different needs and situations
