About Us
We are a mobile game studio building rich, immersive fantasy games for mid-core players. Our mission is to craft experiences that are engaging, strategic, and rewarding over time. Were currently expanding our design team and are looking for a Game System Designer who can design compelling systems, with a strong focus on game economy and monetization mechanics.
What Youll Do
- Design, prototype, and balance game systems such as progression, currencies, itemization, gacha/loot systems, and reward loops
- Own the game economy model ensuring long-term player engagement, retention, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with product managers, game designers, and data analysts to align systems with business goals and player satisfaction
- Define monetization strategies that feel fair and engaging, not intrusive
- Work on balancing in-game currencies, sinks/sources, player progression, and monetization points
- Use data-driven insights and player feedback to iterate and refine game systems post-launch
- Document and communicate designs clearly across cross-functional teams
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a System Designer or Economy Designer in F2P mobile games
- Proven experience designing and managing game economies and/or monetization systems in shipped titles
- Deep understanding of F2P game mechanics, live ops, player motivation, and retention loops
- Strong analytical skills experience working with spreadsheets, simulation tools, and tuning systems

Passion for fantasy games and mid-core player experiences
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-discipline teams (art, engineering, product, marketing)
Bonus Skills
- Experience with tools like Excel, Machinations, or internal economy simulation tools
