Job Summary
We are looking for a Game Producer to help lead the development of mobile F2P puzzle games created for a global audience. You will guide the team through planning, production, and live operations, managing timelines, coordinating across departments, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who understands game development, enjoys solving problems, and can manage people, processes, and production with ownership.
Must Have
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and sprint goals.
- Track development progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify risks early and work with the team to resolve blockers.
- Maintain clear and regular communication across teams.
- Work closely with designers, artists, engineers, QA, and data teams.
- Ensure everyone understands priorities and expectations.
- Facilitate meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Support the creative vision for puzzle mechanics, level design, UI/UX, and player experience.
- Ensure design decisions and features align with F2P mobile best practices.
- Maintain documentation for features, processes, and production workflows.
- Contribute to planning features, events, updates, and content releases.
- Help define and track KPIs such as retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Coordinate live events, A/B tests, and post-launch improvements.
- Work with QA to plan testing, ensure smooth builds, and maintain functional quality.
- Collect feedback from playtests and stakeholders and ensure improvements are implemented.
- Ensure the game maintains high standards in gameplay, performance, and polish.
- Present progress, risks, and solutions to leadership.
- Keep documentation organized and up to date.
- Maintain strong alignment between creative, production, and technical goals.
- Experience in game production or project management for mobile games.
- Strong understanding of F2P mobile game development, especially puzzle/casual games.
- Good knowledge of production workflows, sprint planning, and agile methods.
- Strong communication, organization, and people management skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.
Good to Have
- Experience working on global F2P puzzle or casual games.
- Familiarity with Unity, level design workflow, or game economy basics.
- Experience in live ops or running mobile game events.
- Ability to interpret data and work with analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Project Management
