Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in Unity development using C#
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture and game system design
• Ability to optimize game performance across iOS and Android platforms
• Deep knowledge of Unity tools, Addressables, multiplayer game development, and AI
• Ability to create and integrate custom native plugins for iOS and Android
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
