Job Summary
Squeeze is looking for a talented and passionate gameplay animator who will leverage their creative and technical skills to create character animations of exceptional quality, rivaling the best in the industry. You will contribute to the creation of gameplay-focused animations, with an emphasis on body mechanics, physicality, and clarity of movement. Experience with Unreal (2 years or more) and Maya (5 years or more) is mandatory. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a possibility of extension, starting February 23, 2026. Candidates must be based in the Pacific time zone or willing to work during Pacific office hours.
Must Have
- Maintain consistency of work
- Ensure animation respects the style and artistic vision indicated by the animation director
- Meet deadlines and production quotas
- Make corrections requested by the animation director with an analytical mindset
- Organize work and prepare presentation elements for daily validations
- Actively participate in team meetings and animation sequence launches
- Over 5 years of professional experience as a 3D animator (video game or real-time experience highly valued)
- Solid experience with Maya
- Over 2 years of experience with Unreal Engine, including animation workflows in video games
- Excellent understanding of body mechanics, weight, timing, and physicality
- Solid knowledge of traditional principles of animation and character movement
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team

YOUR MISSION

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain consistency of work;
