iManage is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist to join their People Operations team. This role involves managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with employee needs. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of benefits programs like health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, coaching the Global Benefits Administrator, managing leave of absences, and acting as an escalation point for employee inquiries. The specialist will also coordinate global benefits renewals, partner with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), and manage HRIS data for benefits. The goal is to enhance the employee experience, strengthen engagement, and foster a supportive culture. The role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Good To Have:- Knowledge of global benefits programs
Must Have:- 3-5 years experience in employee benefits management
- Knowledge of US benefit regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA)
- Experience with HRIS/benefits systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
