We're searching for a Global HR Compliance Manager who doesn't just follow the rules, but actively shapes them, ensuring our human resource programs are a powerful engine for our long-term success.

This isn't just an administrative role; it's a strategic powerhouse where you'll drive operational excellence across human resource management, employee development, and unparalleled customer service. You'll be the architect of compliance, crafting and delivering engaging HR training that empowers our employees and leaders.

What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make

You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our global operations run seamlessly and ethically. Imagine yourself:
  • Pioneering Policy Excellence: You'll design, refine, and champion HR policies, templates, and procedures, ensuring every detail aligns with the latest employment laws and cutting-edge industry best practices.
  • Anticipating Tomorrow's Laws Today: You'll be our legal radar, constantly monitoring the ever-evolving landscape of employment laws across all our operating regions. Your proactive insights will guide necessary updates, keeping us ahead of the curve.
  • Forging Legal Partnerships: Collaborate closely with legal counsel, transforming complex legal requirements into clear, actionable policies that resonate with our organizational goals.
  • Mastering Operational Efficiency: Lead the charge in developing and implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR compliance processes. You'll ensure these are dynamic documents, evolving to reflect regulatory shifts and business needs.
  • Empowering Through Education: Design and deliver impactful training programs on critical compliance topics for HR teams and managers. You'll be the go-to expert, demystifying legal requirements and fostering a culture of informed understanding.
  • Navigating the Global HR Maze: Take the reins of our Employer of Record compliance for international operations, providing crucial strategic advice on establishing local entities based on headcount and key compliance metrics.
  • Charting New Territories: When we expand, you'll be the compliance trailblazer, meticulously gathering local regulatory requirements and ensuring we have all the tools and resources needed to thrive in new markets.
