  • Deep knowledge of the Indian talent landscape.
  • Proficiency in research tools, data analytics, market intelligence platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical approach to interpret complex data.
  • Comfortable as an individual contributor in a global, matrixed organization.

Overview:

We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a skilled Researcher to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Bengaluru office. You’ll report to the Global TA Research & Sourcing Lead in India and collaborate closely with our Manila-based research team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives independently and enjoys working in global, location-specific talent research initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to uncover global talent trends, industry insights, and emerging markets that inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate data into compelling, user-friendly reports that support senior interested parties with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the interim Global Research Team Lead and ensure alignment with the Manila team for cohesive research efforts.
  • Leverage diverse data sources and methodologies to analyze and present findings effectively.
  • Act as a SME in talent acquisition research, improving global recruitment strategies.
  • Stay current on industry developments and new technologies in talent research.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field;
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition research or market analysis in a global context.
  • Experience in technology sector research, diversity and inclusion, and deep knowledge of the Indian talent landscape.
  • Proficiency in research tools, data analytics, and market intelligence platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently and within a remote team.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver strategic insights.
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Team-oriented, results-driven, and strategic with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-demand corporate environments with global teams
