Job Summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Global Technology Manager to lead technology initiatives for a single global client. This client-facing role involves partnering with the Global Client Manager to deliver solutions supporting global account strategy. The manager will oversee technology operations across multiple regions, ensuring efficient, secure project execution aligned with business goals, and driving innovation in service delivery.

Must Have

  • Serve as the primary technology liaison with the client
  • Collaborate with the Global Client Manager and Director of Client Management to identify and implement solutions that support the global account strategy
  • Manage technology operations, including software, infrastructure, and cloud solutions across client regions
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Monitor technology performance, compliance, and service levels, addressing issues proactively
  • Drive innovation and adoption of best practices in service delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • 5-10 years of IT management or client-focused technology leadership experience
  • Travel industry experience
  • Proven ability to manage technology operations for single global client or enterprise account
  • Strong client relationship, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience collaborating with global account managers and managing multi-region technology projects

We are seeking a Global Technology Manager to lead technology initiatives for a single global client. This client-facing role works directly with the client while partnering with the Global Client Manager to deliver solutions that support the global account strategy. You will oversee technology operations across multiple regions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, securely and in alignment with business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technology liaison with the client;
  • Collaborate with the Global Client Manager and Director of Client Management to identify and implement solutions that support the global account strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field;
  • 5-10 years of IT management or client-focused technology leadership experience
  • Travel industry experience
  • Proven ability to manage technology operations for single global client or enterprise account
  • Strong client relationship, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience collaborating with global account managers and managing multi-region technology projects.

The US national base salary range for this position is from $104,300.00 - $193,700.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
