Job Description

Western Digital is seeking a Global Trade Management (GTM) Analyst 4 for Business Applications in Bangalore. This full-time role requires a techno-functional expert with 12+ years of experience, specifically 15+ years in Oracle GTM and at least 3 end-to-end GTM implementations. The successful candidate will manage project accounts, interact with clients, configure GTM modules, and be proficient in trade compliance, license management, and customs filing. Responsibilities include managing quarterly upgrades, integrating with other systems like Fusion and SAP, and handling the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
Must have:
  • Manage project accounts with techno-functional expertise in GTM Application.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders for project deliveries and change requests.
  • Configure GTM modules and understand OTM.
  • Proficiency in GTM modules: Trade Compliance Management, License Management, Declaration, Custom filing, Trade Agreement, Trade Incentive Program.
  • Ability to create and manage GTM components like Agents, Saved Queries, Screen sets, Workbenches.
  • Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrades.
  • Experience with integration layers like OIC/SOA for Fusion and SAP.
  • Onboard Carriers/Brokers for Customs Management Module (CMM).
  • Gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business, and create functional specifications.
  • Conduct testing (internal and UAT) and provide go-live support.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall Oracle GTM experience with at least 3 end-to-end GTM implementations.

Job Description

  • Able to Manage Project account with techno-functional expertise on GTM Application (Must be functional understanding of countries specific trade process)
  • Day to Day interaction with Client and Stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and new Change Requests
  • Configure GTM modules (Must be basic understanding of OTM)
  • Well versed with GTM modules: Trade Compliance Management & Screening process, License Management, Declaration, Custom filing process, Trade Agreement, Trade Incentive Program Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration
  • Create Agent, Saved Queries, action checks, Custom Actions, Screen sets, Manager layouts, Workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets) Project migration, Account Policy, User Roles and Business Monitor
  • Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrade with new feature implementations
  • Integration with other modules like Fusion, SAP using integration layer Like OIC/SOA etc.
  • Work with Carriers/Brokers to onboard them for the Customs Management Module (CMM).
  • Responsible to gather Customer Requirement, Understand Supply Chain Business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentations.

Qualifications

Should have end-to-end GTM implementations experience (at least 3 projects) with overall Oracle GTM of 15+ years

Preferred skills/expertise :Well versed with PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher XML, MS-Office
