Job Description

Join King’s Globalization Operations team as a Project Coordinator to ensure King's game content is localized with quality and creativity for global players. You will support end-to-end globalization projects, track requests, manage deliveries, and collaborate with game teams and vendors. This role involves clarifying requirements, resolving roadblocks, contributing to linguistic QA, and exploring new tools and processes, including AI, to enhance efficiency and scalability. You will also maintain reference materials and collect operational data for workflow improvements.
Must have:
  • Support globalization projects end-to-end, from tracking requests to ensuring delivery of high-quality globalized content on time.
  • Work closely with game teams and vendors, clarifying requirements, following up on timelines, and helping remove roadblocks.
  • Contribute to quality assurance by supporting Linguistic QA and working with senior team members to resolve issues.
  • Explore and apply new tools and processes, including opportunities to use AI and data insights, to make work more efficient and scalable.
  • Maintain and develop reference materials, such as localization kits, glossaries, and style guides.
  • Collect and organize operational data to identify opportunities for improving workflows and stronger collaboration.
  • Technical curiosity, with familiarity in CAT tools, TMS systems, and a willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Basic project management skills with an interest in developing strong organizational and prioritization skills, and comfort using tools like Jira or similar.
  • A good understanding and hands-on experience of working with AI and data to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Help bring King’s games to players around the world!

Do you enjoy solving puzzles, connecting people, and finding smarter ways of working with technology? We’re looking for a Globalization Project Coordinator to join King’s Globalization Operations team. In this role, you’ll help bring our games to players around the world by making sure our content is localized with care, quality, and creativity.

What you’ll do

  • Support globalization projects end-to-end—from tracking requests to ensuring delivery of high-quality globalized content on time.
  • Work closely with game teams and vendors, clarifying requirements, following up on timelines, and helping remove roadblocks.
  • Contribute to quality assurance by supporting Linguistic QA and working with senior team members to resolve issues.
  • Explore and apply new tools and processes, including opportunities to use AI and data insights, to make our work more efficient and scalable, and share ideas for improvements.
  • Maintain and develop reference materials, such as localization kits, glossaries, and style guides to help vendors deliver consistent and on-brand translations.
  • Collect and organize operational data to identify opportunities for improving workflows and stronger collaboration.

  • Technical curiosity, with familiarity in CAT tools, TMS systems, and a willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Basic project management skills with an interest in developing strong organizational and prioritization skills, and comfort using tools like Jira or similar.
