Job Description

As a Group Product Manager, you will focus on cybersecurity threats, machine learning operations, and third-party assessments. Your responsibilities include understanding and driving assessment and ML ops strategies, developing roadmaps, prioritizing gaps, and setting metrics. You will also be involved in resolving customer escalations, evaluating existing operational models, and identifying improvements. You will need to be strategic, focused on outcomes, and capable of navigating complex environments. The role requires product management and cybersecurity expertise. You will report to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy.

About the Role:

The Data Science team is expanding and is looking for a Group Data Science Strategist. We’re investing in a Strategist with strategic product vision, sense, and execution in cybersecurity threats, machine learning operations, and third party assessments. Your primary focus will be to understand and drive the requirements of our assessments and ml ops strategy, develop and execute roadmaps aligned across the company, intake, parse, and triage gaps, and set outcome-based northstar metrics for your domains. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Strategy, and Product Management

  • Attend and resolve customer escalations related to our cybersecurity models

  • Work with our assessments stakeholders to gather requirements and needs to showcase CrowdStrike as the best cybersecurity platform and address any gaps identified

  • Evaluate our posture against current and new threats and identify, define, and prioritize threat research models and engineering

  • Be strategic and ruthless in your prioritization

  • Be an agent of change

  • Evaluate our existing operational models and identify, define, and prioritize improvements and enhancements

  • Utilize your keen product sense to take necessary tradeoffs to establish and reach your northstar metrics

  • Relentless focus on holistic company outcomes while delivering intentional customer value

  • Create order out of complex environments

What You'll Need:

  • MS or equivalent preferred plus 12+ years working in product management

  • Expertise in product management

  • Expertise with cyber security

  • Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and ML Ops

  • Effective communicator and planner that can build consensus within a large team

  • Product sense and execution skills

  • Experience building resilient and robust systems

  • Experience in the threat landscape

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with productionizing machine learning models

  • Experience with productionizing cybersecurity solutions

  • Experience with third party security assessments

  • PhD in computer science or similar discipline

  • Experience leading teams
