Group Property Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Services Project Manager to join our team, supporting Rolls-Royce infrastructure projects across the UK. This role provides a great opportunity to influence and shape the way infrastructure projects are delivered across RR business.
In this role you will lead a range of infrastructure projects on behalf of Rolls-Royce Group Property. These projects will be delivered to support the Rolls-Royce operational business units and will vary in scale and complexity. Projects will span Workplace / Office environments through to complex Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations environments. Project scale and type will range from small to medium construction to Major Projects / Programmes, and may encompass facility refurbishments, capital maintenance projects, demolition, manufacturing capability investment / transformation projects to new facility construction.
