The Role

This isn’t a typical marketing role, it’s perfect for someone entrepreneurial, curious, and ready to make a big impact fast.

You’ll be hands-on across all aspects of marketing, from growing our social presence and sparking conversations online, to testing campaigns and helping create compelling content.

You’ll work closely with the C-Level team and Product team, gaining unique visibility and influence early in your career.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both digital marketing and in-person community building, especially around Berlin’s vibrant tech and creative scene.

What You’ll Do

• Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels. Rapidly test, measure, learn, and iterate.
• Engage with online forums, communities, and discussions relevant to our industry.
• Help create engaging content: short posts, blog articles, case studies, marketing copy.
• Manage and grow our social media presence with fresh, authentic, and engaging posts.
• Track key performance metrics and share insights to double down on what works.
• Grow our local community by promoting our hackathons and events, both on-site (in Berlin) and virtually.
• Represent Journee at events, meetups, and gatherings to get people excited about our vision.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team, bringing to life bold ideas that shape our marketing strategy.

• 0–2 years of experience OR strong personal projects that show you can create impact independently.
