Job Description
As a Growth Intern at Jamble in Paris, you'll play a key role in driving user acquisition through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying and contacting influencers and creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; negotiating collaboration terms; designing campaigns with the marketing team; maintaining relationships with creators; monitoring performance and providing insights; researching new opportunities; and creating outreach materials. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, passion for fashion and digital marketing, and proficiency in French and English.

After being accelerated at Y Combinator (world’s most prestigious startup accelerator), Jamble has received backing and active support from Voodoo (#3 mobile app publishers worldwide). Our iOS App has reached 1M+ downloads (you can download it here) and we’re accelerating.
We are seeking a motivated Growth Intern to join our team in Paris. This role will focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with influencers and other content creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ultimately driving buyer traffic to Jamble.
Role
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers, creators, and strategic partners aligned with Jamble’s brand.
- Negotiate collaborations and partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that maximize reach and user engagement through influencers.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with creators to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Research emerging trends and platforms to uncover untapped opportunities for user acquisition.
- Assist in creating outreach materials, including pitch decks and campaign proposals.
Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Native French speaker, bilingual English level.
- Passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and the creator economy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with social media and online platforms.
