Job Summary
The GTM Operations Associate will perform business process activities in key go-to-market applications and identify enhancements for operational efficiency. Responsibilities include executing data hygiene across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Renewals, diagnosing issues in marketing automation and CRM platforms, and managing bulk data cleanup. The role also involves account and opportunity management, supporting data integrity initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency.
Must Have
- Perform business process activities in go-to-market applications
- Execute data hygiene across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Renewals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in marketing automation and CRM platforms

- Support data integrity initiatives for operational/strategic projects
- Scope requirements, implement data fixes, and establish monitoring
- Work with cross-functional operations teams
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, or Finance
- Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes, SFDC, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel

- Perform defined business process activities in key go-to-market applications
- Surface potential process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute data hygiene activities across multiple areas such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Renewals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, assess data completeness, and manage bulk data cleanup and reassignment within marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Work on account and opportunity management by reviewing account approvals, updating account hierarchy and territory models
- Support initiatives related to data integrity for operational or strategic projects
- Scope current/future requirements, conduct diagnostic, and implement data fixes, and establish monitoring and governance in adherence to standards and processes
- Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, or Finance
- Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes and tools/technologies, including SFDC, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms
- Prior experience in SaaS/Subscription recurring revenue model is preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to thrive in an open-ended, cross-functional role, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and be challenged
- Team player with ability to work with peers and stakeholders across global departments
