As a valued member of the Enterprise Finance organization, you will lead a staff in support of the Enterprise Technology and Strategy & Solutions organizations from an end-to-end financial standpoint, as well as a trusted business partner to the leaders of those organizations. The position will be analytically driven, with the objective to provide valuable financial insight to business and Finance leaders driving decision making, financial results and planned earnings impacts.
You are
An individual with a blend of interpersonal and analytical skills, efficiently leveraging both qualitative and quantitative resources to understand complex financial situations and present models to support the process. Core competencies include leadership, strong analytical skills, data management, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will
Manage the end-to-end financial processes, including (but not limited to) 3-year-planning, forecasting, and variance analytics.
Consolidate Digital & Technology and Enterprise Strategy & Solutions financial reporting and prepare materials for executive leadership with insightful analytics including but not limited to monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Project financial implications of key strategic priorities including Data and AI, Platform and Architecture Modernization, real estate footprint and shifts in organizational designs.
Drive insights and analytics that provide leadership transparency into risks and opportunities for departmental expenses and staffing trends, providing recommendations on efficiencies and/or risk mitigation.
Develop and distribute unit cost metrics, incorporating into planning.
Lead and develop a staff of Financial Associates, providing coaching and guidance.
Deliver ad hoc analyses and deliverables as arisen.
You have
10-15 years of Financial, Planning and Analysis experience
The ability to create professional analyses, communicate to senior leadership and be a trusted business partner.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables and support multiple business partners.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and work additional hours during peak sessions.
Self-motivation and capability to take initiative.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to lead a team.

Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH in the Hudson Yards, NYC office
Salary Range:
$129,500.00 - $212,750.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
