Attio is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead its growth efforts, focusing on customer acquisition for mid-market teams. This senior role involves owning and scaling demand generation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, driving paid acquisition campaigns, building organic growth loops, developing targeted programs, and optimizing lifecycle and retention. The Head of Growth Marketing will also champion conversion optimization, scale a high-performing growth function, and manage growth analytics and reporting, all while reporting to the VP of Marketing.

Must Have:- 12+ years of experience in growth marketing within B2B tech or product-led organizations.
- Proven ability to design and execute strategies targeting mid-market customers (500 - 1,000+ employees).
- Deep experience in building and scaling B2B growth marketing functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of social, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven success driving adoption and revenue in PLG environments.
- Advanced ability to analyze data, extract insights, and build actionable strategies.
- Clear communicator and collaborative partner across Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
