Job Description

Attio is on a mission to redefine CRM for the AI era.

We’re building the first AI-native CRM — designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams. We recently announced our $52M Series B, led by GV (Google Ventures), with support from Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A. Our team thrives on solving complex technical challenges, delighting our users, and setting a new standard for the industry.

About the role

Our Operations team builds the machine that lets us move faster than anyone else. We think critically, act decisively, and lay the foundations for scale — from systems and tooling to compliance and culture. We’re not just keeping the lights on, we’re redefining what great looks like behind the scenes.

We’re looking for an Office Manager who’s proactive, resourceful, and energized by creating a streamlined workplace experience — and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the London HQ, ensuring the office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently as the team grows.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for all facilities, vendors, and building partners — owning relationships across cleaning, maintenance, waste, security, and utilities.
  • Coordinate mandatory safety and compliance activities (fire risk assessments, PAT testing, water treatment, HVAC inspections, and general H&S checks) through external providers.
  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets, tracking spend and ensuring services are cost-effective and delivered to a high standard.
  • Oversee office capacity planning, seating, and space optimisation, ensuring the environment scales with the business.
  • Partner with PeopleOps, IT, and Finance to deliver a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, including desk setup, access control, and equipment coordination.
  • Curate a welcoming and high-quality workplace experience, maintaining amenities, refreshments, and cleanliness standards throughout the space.
  • Plan and deliver office events, socials, and team gatherings that strengthen culture and connection.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, spotting and resolving issues proactively, and ensuring communication between building management and the team stays clear and responsive.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and elevate the employee experience.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of professional experience in office management, ideally in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience building scalable systems that create consistency
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Operational rigour with excellent judgement
  • Warm, clear communication skills
  • A bias for action - you spot issues early, own outcomes, and ship improvements without waiting to be asked
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or fast-growing startups is a nice to have

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to apply. Even if you’re unsure whether you meet all the role requirements, we would still love to hear from you.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary range for 5 days in office in London
  • Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
  • 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
  • Apple hardware
  • Private medical insurance through AXA
  • Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown
  • Enhanced family leave
  • Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)
