Head of Implementation, Americas

Adyen is looking for an experienced Head of Implementation Management to lead our organization across North America and LATAM. The implementation management team delivers the best technical solutions to our customers across all product lines.

What you'll do

  • Lead and expand a substantial size of technical Implementation professionals focusing on different product and solution disciplines across North America and LATAM.
  • As a professional services leadership team member, you will be responsible for the regional strategy, growth and execution of the implementation team and contribute to the overall strategy and success of the North America and LATAM regions.
  • Work with and influence strategic stakeholders to improve merchant experience, operations efficiency and product delivery.
  • Be an executive partner to the senior leadership of our merchants.
  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build and expand highly effective and motivated implementation management teams, build and expand better product delivery, and create an environment for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, articulate, and execute a clear strategy for the team (also influence globally), in alignment with the company's overall business goals and market trends, to continuously evolve and improve how we work.

Who you are

  • An experienced, entrepreneurial and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and results in an environment of rapid growth.
  • You will be able to drive executive-level relationships with clients and other external stakeholders while forging excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as an integral part of the commercial success.
  • You are able to liaise with product leadership and influence the product strategy and part ongoing feedback practices.
  • You're an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and can manage senior stakeholders, connect and collaborate seamlessly with a global, multi-cultural team working across time zones.
  • You are a strong people leader with the ability to inspire, lead and grow high performing teams and its leaders.
  • You have a proven track record of managing change and growing organizations at scale.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can identify operational, commercial and technical opportunities to drive customer value and scalable improvements.
  • You have a minimum of 7 years experience managing managers and leading teams of >40 people, preferably over multiple countries or continents.
  • A strong reputation for "getting things done", an entrepreneurial mindset that drives accountability for oneself and others.

We provide relocation support for successful applicant who open to relocate to Chicago for this position.
