Job Description

The Senior Director, Head of Multi-Vendor Service (MVS) will execute the global strategy, managing P&L, negotiating SLAs, and supporting Customer Service during material shortages. This role involves managing 3rd Party expectations, providing legal support, and engaging key customers. The leader will also oversee NPI for the aftermarket portfolio and manage a large team of 100+ employees. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of spare parts experience in the medical device industry, with at least 5 years managing large distributed teams, a bachelor's degree, and strong P&L ownership with regulatory understanding.

The Senior Director Multi-Vendor Services Leader will execute the global strategy.

Your role:

  • P&L management within APM and BU impact of P&L performance
  • Negotiating SLAs, programs and promos with business
  • Supporting Customer Service in critical material shortage events, including whole system acquisitions and critical parts acquisition, while not disturbing market price balance
  • Managing 3rd Party expectations WRT Philips overall
  • Legal Support for CSIP investigations, lawsuits and enforcement
  • Key customer engagement on behalf of Philips (e.g. customer does not want to do business with Philips directly but wants to buy Philips parts), you could call this strategic customer recovery and protection
  • NPI for aftermarket portfolio, where to invest and develop for SPOR support
  • Ability to manage a large team (100+employees)

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience of relevant spare parts space experience within the medical device industry.
  • Your skills include…. Minimum 5+ years managing large distributed teams (100+ FTEs) up to and including director level reports, with direct line management.
  • You have a… bachelor’s degree.
  • You must be able to successfully lead a business in a matrix organization.
  • You’re an… Strong leader that has P&L ownership and has a strong understanding of the regulatory & licensing requirements in the spare parts space.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $172,000 to $295,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
