Job Summary

As the Product Manager, Performance for Bingo Bash, you will drive game performance by executing a best-in-class calendar, collaborating across studio teams, and optimizing Monetization and LiveOps strategies to enhance revenue, user engagement, and retention. You will lead initiatives that deepen player value, including VIP monetization, personalized CRM programs, and strategies for new, returning, and lapsed players.

Must Have

  • Manage and oversee the monthly game calendar, planning special fairs and content to drive revenue and player engagement.
  • Track and analyze key game metrics including Revenue, DAU, DAP, ARPPU, and Retention.
  • Drive reactivation and churn reduction through personalized comeback experiences and targeted offers.
  • Partner with the VIP team to deliver exclusive in-game experiences and maximize monetization.
  • Define monetization requirements and usage plans for meta features, ensuring integration into the monthly calendar.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Economy teams for data-driven decision making, experiments, and A/B testing.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to create personalized, seamless experiences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Monetization, Performance, or LiveOps within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of game monetization strategies, player engagement, and live event operations.
  • Proven ability to work with data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative and player-focused mindset with a passion for mobile games.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in mobile gaming, LiveOps, and monetization.

Scopely is looking for a Product Manager, Performance to join our Bingo Bash team in Tel Aviv, Israel or Bangalore, India, working on a hybrid basis.

Bingo Bash is a highly international team working on the biggest video game from India to date (measured by revenue). Here you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues, and help create fresh content for our players.

What You Will Do

As the Product Manager, Performance for Bingo Bash, you will drive game performance by executing a best-in-class calendar, collaborating across studio teams, and optimizing Monetization and LiveOps strategies to enhance revenue, user engagement, and retention. You will lead initiatives that deepen player value, including VIP monetization, personalized CRM programs, and strategies for new, returning, and lapsed players. You’ll lead initiatives that deepen player value through VIP monetization, personalized CRM programs, and new & returning players strategy.

  • Monthly Calendar Ownership: Manage and oversee the monthly game calendar. Plan special fairs and create content from scratch to drive revenue and player engagement while aligning with business goals
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key game metrics, including Revenue, DAU, DAP, ARPPU, and Retention, and take proactive actions to meet business objectives
  • Returning & Lapsed Player Strategy: Drive reactivation and churn reduction by creating personalized comeback experiences, targeted offers, and segmentation-based strategies that convert lapsed users into active payers
  • VIP Monetization: Partner with the VIP team to deliver exclusive in-game experiences and maximize monetization opportunities across the VIP segment
  • Product Performance: Work closely with Product teams and define monetization requirements and usage plans to ensure meta features are well-integrated into the monthly calendar and contribute to overall monetization strategies
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with Analytics and Economy teams to monitor player behavior, conduct experiments, optimize event performance, and improve monetization through A/B testing
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing teams to create a personalized, seamless experience that connects external channels with in-game interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Monetization, Performance, or LiveOps within the gaming industry
  • Strong understanding of game monetization strategies, player engagement, and live event operations
  • Proven ability to work with data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures
  • Creative and player-focused mindset, with a passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of player motivations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills
