Job Summary

Salesforce is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the agentic vision and delivery of intelligent AI agents for its Renewals organization. This role involves defining product strategy, roadmap, and execution for scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-powered agent experiences across internal Renewals and Customer Success teams, enhancing productivity and automating complex renewal workflows using Salesforce’s platform.

Must Have

  • Lead exploration and application of cutting-edge AI techniques (reasoning models, multimodal & cross-modal AI, multi-agent systems, RAG).
  • Define and drive the strategic direction for AI agents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define and execute the roadmap for AI agents.
  • Shape the data and content strategy that fuels agent intelligence and decision-making.
  • Champion AI maturity across teams and be a thought leader.
  • Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, and platform teams.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, Sales Cloud, Platform, Data Cloud, Slack).
  • Proven understanding of AI, Copilots, and agent-based architectures.
  • Strong experience building Sales productivity and automation solutions (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management).
  • Clear, compelling communicator with experience in executive-level presentations and cross-functional influence.
  • Deep knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Sales GTM processes.
  • Experience applying the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework in enterprise product development.
  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities across global and virtual teams.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Slack Admin.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, principles, and best practices.

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise (Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce Platform, AI) to lead the agentic vision and delivery of intelligent AI agents that power our world-class Renewals organization.

As Customer Zero, you’ll define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-powered agent experiences across our internal Renewals and Customer Success teams. Your work will directly enhance Renewals Manager (RM) productivity, automate complex renewal workflows, and transform how we use Salesforce’s platform to drive renewals pipeline and reduce customer attrition. You will work cross functionally with sales, revenue and platform teams focussed AI and Agent capabilities, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-cloud collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced AI Research & Experimentation: Lead exploration and application of cutting-edge AI techniques—including reasoning models, multimodal & cross-modal AI< multi-agent systems, and RAG—to push the boundaries of agent intelligence, adaptability, and performance in real-world enterprise contexts.

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the strategic direction for AI agents supporting our global Sales teams, optimizing for usability, trust, and business value.

Agentforce Development: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define and execute the roadmap for AI agents in Salesforce & Slack as the primary interface for deployment.

Data & Content Framework: Shape the data and content strategy that fuels agent intelligence and decision-making.

AI Evangelism & Innovation: Champion AI maturity across teams. Be a thought leader in scaling autonomous agents and influencing broader product and platform direction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications:

10+ years of product management experience, with deep Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, Sales Cloud, Platform, Data Cloud, Slack)

Proven understanding of AI, Copilots, and agent-based architectures

Strong experience building Sales productivity and automation solutions (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management)

Clear, compelling communicator with experience in executive-level presentations and cross-functional influence

Deep knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Sales GTM processes
