Job Summary
Corporate Enablement drives company-wide enablement across organizations and roles, focusing on mid-to-long-term organizational development and talent nurturing, alongside creating mechanisms and promoting enablement programs to maximize business impact. The CoE (Center of Excellence) team aligns with global and Japanese management strategies, driving three main areas: Global Program, Learning Platform, and Tech & Ops. This Senior Manager position will lead the team responsible for these three areas as a People Manager.
Must Have
- Lead localization of global initiatives for Japan, adapting content and methods for maximum effect
- Engage global/local executives, leaders, and diverse stakeholders through strong communication and negotiation
- Manage multiple parallel projects, including design, execution support, risk management, and quality control
- Lead planning and execution of company-wide events
- Plan and implement learning strategies, leveraging new technologies and products
- Optimize team operations and improve processes for productivity
- Possess planning skills to create new initiatives from scratch
- Ability to extract data-driven insights and identify logical issues
- Demonstrate execution ability to quickly decide and drive initiatives in unfamiliar areas
- Maintain smooth communication and collaboration with executives and diverse stakeholders
- Manage large projects and execute PDCA cycles effectively
- Adapt flexibly to continuously changing situations
- Possess negotiation-level English proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resource management or large-scale project management

Role Description:
Corporate Enablement is responsible for driving company-wide enablement across organizations and roles. In addition to mid-to-long-term organizational development and talent nurturing, it is a department that creates mechanisms and promotes enablement programs to maximize business impact.
Within this, the CoE (Center of Excellence) team aligns with the policies and strategies of Global and Japanese management, primarily driving three areas: (1) Global Program, (2) Learning Platform, and (3) Tech & Ops.
① Global Program: In collaboration with global executives and key personnel, we timely deploy global policies and initiatives to Japan. At that time, we aim to maximize effectiveness by customizing/localizing the content and implementation methods to suit the Japanese business, while gaining agreement from Japanese management, on-site teams, and other stakeholders.
② Learning Platform: We evolve the Learning Platform based on new technological trends and product features, promoting its utilization within the company. We also plan, deploy, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives to accumulate and circulate internal practical knowledge on the Learning Platform.
③ Tech & Ops: To achieve Data-Driven Enablement, we cross-sectionally analyze a wide range of data, including Business Results, Activities, and Enablement Data, to extract insights. This supports the planning and execution of more effective Enablement initiatives. We also contribute to productivity improvement by supporting operations and promoting process efficiency in Enablement initiatives such as study sessions.
This position will lead the team responsible for the above three areas as a People Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Localization: This position requires the ability to quickly localize global trends, company policies, and on-site needs in an optimized way for Japan. Furthermore, as you will be regularly collaborating with global teams, you must be comfortable with meetings and negotiations in English.
- Stakeholder Management: Requires communication and negotiation skills to involve global/local executives, on-site leaders, and various related departments, and find common ground.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, determine the direction of each project, design projects based on the overall schedule, support execution, manage risks, and control quality.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events in collaboration with relevant departments and vendors.
- Learning Strategy Planning: Plan learning strategies utilizing new technologies and proprietary products, consider and verify implementation methods for the platform, and drive their realization. Additionally, plan and consider mechanisms and initiatives to promote the accumulation, circulation, and utilization of internal practical knowledge, thereby promoting the use of the Learning Platform.
- Operation Excellence: Optimize internal and external operations related to Enablement and improve processes to enhance productivity.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in human resource management
- Or experience in large-scale project management, internal or external
- Experience in localizing global initiatives (not just translation, but optimizing for local deployment)
- Experience in change management in global projects is a plus
- People manager experience is a plus
- Experience as an event manager for large-scale events is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce system construction and operation is a plus
