Job Summary
This role is in the Product Management Department, focused on ensuring LEX legal information products meet user needs and are market-leading. Key responsibilities include independently managing electronic legal information publications for courts and law firms, creating publishing plans, participating in marketing plans, leading development projects, monitoring the legal information market, and initiating new product developments.
Must Have
- Independently manage electronic legal information publications for courts and law firms, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
- Create publishing plans for electronic publications for judges and legal representatives.
- Participate in creating marketing plans for legal firms, businesses, and public entities.
- Lead development projects for new tools and substantive documents, including as a project manager.
- Monitor the development of the legal information software market in Poland.
- Monitor user needs for legal information software.
- Initiate development work for new legal information products, tools, and functionalities.
- Stay updated on key legal topics, issues, and changes relevant to the legal firms market.
- Higher education in law.
- At least 2 years of experience as a product manager for legal information products/publishing projects.

About the role
Product Manager / Senior Product Manager
We offer a position in the Product Management Department, whose primary goal is to ensure that LEX legal information products meet User needs and are the best on the market.
Main duties
- Independently manage electronic publications with legal information for the courts and law firms market. Responsibility for the completeness and timeliness of the product.
- Create publishing plans for the development of electronic publications for judges and legal representatives.
- Co-participate in creating marketing plans for the legal firms, enterprises, and public entities markets.
- Lead development projects, in the scope of delivering new tools and substantive documents, in various project roles, including as a project manager.
- Monitor the development of the legal information software market in Poland.
- Monitor the needs of users of legal information software.
- Initiate development work for new legal information products, as well as new tools and functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date on key topics, problems, and directions of changes in law, significant for the legal firms market.
Requirements
- Essential education: higher, field – law.
- At least 2 years of experience in independently leading, as a product manager, an information product/publishing project with legal information in the legal firms market, or related.
- Higher education, or postgraduate studies, specialized in management, including project management, are welcome.
