The Clinical Application Specialist, MR is a knowledge expert in Philips MR products, solutions, and services. This role drives clinical decision support, including sales presentations and product demonstrations, and educates sales teams on emerging clinical issues. Responsibilities include supporting account managers, developing clinical sales strategies, collaborating on evaluations, providing training for new products, and ensuring optimal equipment usage through customer education.

Must Have

  • Expert in clinical application of products, supporting Account Managers with decision-making, sales presentations, and demos during customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute effective clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with sales team in conducting clinical evaluations, demos, and presentations.
  • Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues and solutions, staying updated on relevant developments.
  • Provide training for new product launches and ensure optimal usage of equipment through customer education.
  • Train and retrain hospital staff on equipment upgrades or changes in operating procedures.
  • Coordinate application training schedules and provide comprehensive reports after visits.
  • Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction, adhering to company's quality policy.
  • Conduct regular customer visits for direct feedback on training quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Report equipment usage difficulties promptly and maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback and completing relevant quality training.
  • Graduate in relevant major like Radiology or Radiological Sciences.
  • Experienced in MR scanner clinical domain more than 2 years.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer site.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Healthcare industry.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Philips MR product.
  • Experience in large-scale tertiary care hospital, or MR Clinical Application Specialist.
  • Proficiency in English communication is preferred.

Role Summary:

Clinical Application Specialist, MR is the knowledge expert on the clinical application of the Philips MR product / solution / service.
