Senior Product Manager, Monetisation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're seeking seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the monetization track and help shape how we turn free users into thriving, paying customers.

It is perfect for someone who loves thinking systematically about growth, testing ideas quickly, and scaling what works. You’ll be responsible for aligning our product-led growth motion with our monetization strategy ensuring that our pricing model not only drives revenue but also delivers value for our users.

We’re looking for an analytical, creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy and is passionate about helping creators succeed while driving sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• **Own the monetization track:** Lead a cross-functional effort to optimize pricing and conversion.
• Explore and experiment: Run structured tests and A/B experiments to improve Free-to-Paid conversion and ARPU.
• Define the growth framework: Build and iterate on a scalable approach to pricing experiments and growth levers.
• Balance user needs and business goals: Ensure that our pricing model supports Manychat’s vision while staying aligned with user value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with billing, analytics, design, and lifecycle teams to test, learn, and ship improvements quickly.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years in pricing/monetization on SaaS products.
• Proven track record running A/B tests and growth experiments that move key metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive fast, iterative execution.
• Deep user empathy and experience with customer interviews.
• Strong system thinking and ability to connect the dots and build scalable solutions.
