As the Head of Industrial Operations, Performance & Continuous Improvement, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence and business transformation across Industry.
You will lead national initiatives in Lean, performance management, and continuous improvement, ensuring we consistently deliver value to our customers while supporting our teams in the field.
You’ll bridge strategic goals with on-the-ground execution — enhancing efficiency, building capability, and embedding a culture of sustainable performance.

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.

The U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
