You'll work directly with our SVP Product & Engineering to not just manage product development, but to architect the competitive moats that will make Stord the logistics infrastructure of choice for leading brands. What You'll Do:

Own and Scale Platforms That Move Billions:

• Drive product strategy for platforms processing $10B+ in annual commerce
• Build 3-year roadmaps that unlock new revenue streams and margin expansion opportunities
• Lead "build vs buy" decisions for capabilities that could generate $50M+ ARR
• Champion AI-first development that gives our customers unfair competitive advantages

Build and Lead a World-Class Product Team:

• Scale and develop a team of Product Managers into logistics product experts
• Establish product development processes that deliver measurable business impact
• Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and operations at startup speed
• Set the standard for product excellence across Stord's entire R&D organization

Drive Direct Business Impact:

• Own operational efficiency improvements that translate to millions in margin gains
• Identify and execute platform monetization opportunities (think API offerings, data products)
• Establish and hit aggressive adoption and engagement metrics across our fulfillment network
• Partner with operations to ensure every feature launch creates measurable value

Architect Competitive Moats:

What You'll Need:

Track Record of Building Game-Changing Products:

• 8+ years of product leadership with a proven history of driving significant business impact
• Deep logistics/supply chain expertise - You've built WMS, TMS, or fulfillment products that operations teams actually love using
• Team scaling experience - You've taken product teams from good to exceptional and have the war stories to prove it
• Platform thinking - Experience building B2B platforms that serve as competitive differentiators, not just feature sets
• Revenue generation wins - Concrete examples of product decisions that directly contributed millions in revenue or margin improvement

• You've been part of a team that took a company through significant scale milestones (10x growth, IPO, major platform launches)
• You have a technical degree or MBA, but more importantly, you have the curiosity and drive to master any domain
