Gusto is seeking an exceptional product leader to oversee its Payroll product and business area on a global scale. This role involves defining and driving the long-term vision and strategy, owning the product roadmap and business performance, and directly leading a talented team of senior product managers. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric builder who thrives on making a substantial impact within a high-growth organization, with a strong background in SMB-focused software and extensive experience scaling large, mission-critical products and collaborating across various cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional payroll experience for small businesses.
