Yodo1 is looking for a Head of UA to build Yodo1’s UA service offering for partner studios and work closely with the product team to transform our UA expertise into a scalable, automated platform.

What We Expect
You will:
- Build and lead Yodo1’s UA service offering for mobile game studios, delivering scalable, high-ROI user acquisition across diverse game portfolios.
- Collaborate with the product team to transform UA expertise into a productized, automated platform solution for partner studios.
- Own forecasting models to estimate growth potential, CAC, LTV, and ROAS for both partner and internal games.
- Scale paid UA campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.), supporting both client growth and internal publishing efforts
- Build testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and offers to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing UA team, driving results through experimentation and performance insights.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, publishing, and creative teams to align UA execution with business goals.
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights, improve performance, and continuously evolve best practices.
You must have:
- 5+ years of experience running large-scale UA campaigns in mobile gaming, ideally with experience in a UA agency or service-based environment.
- Experience turning UA knowledge into systems or products — including automation, optimization, dashboards, or forecasting tools.
- Proven ability to forecast, manage significant paid media budgets, and optimize for CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing UA teams and working cross-functionally with business and product teams.
- A performance mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, and campaign analytics platforms.
You Might have:
- Experience running UA campaigns for PC/Steam games.
- A background in building predictive models using machine learning or advanced analytics for LTV and ROAS forecasting.
- Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones.
