Key responsibilities include defining UX strategy, leading cross-functional teams, championing user-centered design through research and testing, establishing design systems, and mentoring a high-performing team.
Must have:
  • 10+ years in technology leadership with UX/UI focus for SaaS

Job Details

We are seeking a visionary Senior Leader with a proven track record of building world-class, user experiences for enterprise SaaS products. This role will be pivotal in transforming our product portfolio into visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging solutions that delight users while driving customer satisfaction and retention. As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead and collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and design teams to embed user-centric design principles into every aspect of our software development lifecycle. Your expertise in UX strategy, design systems, and technology leadership will help us elevate our product experience to industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UX Strategy & Vision: Define and implement a strategic vision for creating world class user experiences across our SaaS product suite.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams comprising UX designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.

  • User-Centered Design: Champion a user-first approach by conducting user research, usability testing, and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Design Systems & Standards: Establish scalable design systems, UI frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and visual appeal across all products.

  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies to introduce innovative solutions that enhance user engagement.

  • Mentorship & Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of designers and technologists; foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present UX strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes to executive leadership; advocate for investment in user experience improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles with a focus on UX/UI for SaaS or enterprise software; experience delivering consumer-grade experiences is essential.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and their impact on UX design.

  • Design Proficiency: Expertise in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and methodologies such as design thinking or agile UX.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams through complex projects while meeting deadlines and exceeding quality standards.

  • User Research Acumen: Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

  • Proven experience in working with global teams of product, engineering and designers and build world class visually delightful products.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with gamification techniques or progressive disclosure in SaaS applications.

  • Familiarity with creating onboarding processes that simplify user journeys

  • Background in designing scalable systems for enterprise environments while maintaining simplicity akin to consumer apps
