Job Summary:
The Head of HR Strategic Programs & Change Management role supporting Envestnet’s Chief People Officer is responsible for driving the strategy, operations and culture that power our HR Business Partner team, executives, and associates across the business. This role puts you at the center of our talent strategies and ensures that the most challenging, cross-functional projects are tackled with a data driven approach and an eye toward innovation, simplicity, transparency, and scalability. You work in close, trusted partnerships with senior HR leaders, the Leadership Team, and the entire HRBP community across the portfolio to deliver delightful experiences that shape the direction and outcomes of our talent and organizational strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategic programs: Partner with the HR leadership team to build and execute a comprehensive talent strategy, including a roadmap that aligns with business imperatives, goals, and objectives. Ensure cross-functional projects are managed with innovation and scalability.
- Provide thought partnership to HR leadership to drive project delivery, lead workstreams, and plan and manage events. Create action plans and paths forward for horizontal projects, and autonomously prioritize work based on impact and urgency. Track budget spend.
- Manage and execute HR-related processes and programs; investigate and make recommendations and decisions in ambiguous situations. Initiate program and process improvements to mitigate risks and optimize delivery.
- Project & Program Management: Lead end-to-end execution of change initiatives, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes. Monitor and analyze change metrics, recommend improvements, and ensure sustainability of change efforts. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address anticipated resistance and performance gaps.
- Foster collaboration and lead change management: Influence across teams without direct authority, develop communication strategies, and lead change management plans to support organizational transitions. Conduct change impact analyses, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders to tailor strategies and communications.
- Communication & Enablement: Design and deliver effective communication plans and enablement programs to support change adoption and address resistance, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with organizational values.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- At least 10–15 years of work experience in Change Management, Program Management, or on a Chief of Staff team
- Successful transformation track record – attaining high adoption through change management; certification in change management
- Proven success in complex project management, with a bias for action and extraordinary attention to detail
- Skilled at balancing both disruption and consensus-building while driving forward complex initiatives
- Exceptional coaching and consulting skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of the audience
- Impeccable judgment and ability to prioritize
- Experience with process management and data analysis
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive complex initiatives
- Strong communication, coaching, and consulting skills
- Discretion in handling sensitive issues and impeccable judgment
