Job Title: Housekeeper & Production Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 4 days/week
Pay Rate: $30–$40/hour (depending on experience)
Type: Part-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and aesthetics-driven Housekeeper & Production Assistant to support the daily operations of a private client villa in Los Angeles. This hybrid role combines elevated housekeeping with light hospitality and production support, maintaining an environment that is not only spotless but styled and guest-ready at all times.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all rooms and surfaces are immaculate, including daily dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Oversee and manage intake of deliveries, packages, and supplies
Coordinate with Monday cleaning team to maintain consistency and standards
Handle laundry, folding, and organization
Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Prepare visually pleasing charcuterie boards and assist with occasional light culinary tasks
Maintain outdoor aesthetics, including vacuuming and light furniture upkeep
Support general villa presentation with a focus on high-touch, visual details
Assist with light on-site production needs as requested

Qualifications:

Proven experience in luxury housekeeping, hospitality, or production support roles
Strong eye for detail and passion for maintaining a clean, stylish space
Comfortable managing time and responsibilities independently
Professional, discreet, and respectful of client privacy
Ability to lift light to moderate items and perform physical tasks as needed
Basic culinary and food presentation skills a plus

Salary: $30-$40 per hour
