About the Position

For our HR team at the Berlin location, we are looking for an HR Advisor (m/w/d) as parental leave cover starting November 2025. The position is fixed-term and can be performed full-time or part-time.

As part of our agile team, you will handle daily operational tasks with the utmost care and professionalism, while working closely with the HR Managers.

You can expect varied and independent activities, such as:

• Contact person for all HR concerns of employees:

First point of contact for questions in personnel matters, including advice and support for all employees in your area of responsibility.

• Support for HR Managers in all personnel processes:

From onboarding new employees to parental leave regulations and transfers to offboarding – you play a central role in the entire employee lifecycle.

• Creation of employment contracts, references, and other labor law documents:

You ensure that all documents are correctly created and recorded and managed in the HR tool Workday.

• Active involvement in internal processes and participation in cross-departmental projects:

Identification of potential for improvement and implementation of ideas for increasing efficiency, in close cooperation with other departments.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a HR specialist (w/m/d) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in operational HR work, preferably in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of labor law.
• Proficient in HR tools (e.g., Workday, SAP HR) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong service orientation, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Enjoy working with international colleagues and convincing stakeholder management.
• Teamwork and resilience in a dynamic corporate environment, with confident communication in German and English.
