Job Description

The HR Brand & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Joyteractive's employer brand strategy. This includes creating and managing content across various channels (social media, website, etc.), overseeing website development, establishing corporate style guidelines, writing communication materials, forging industry partnerships, managing conference presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires developing and implementing impactful employer branding projects, leveraging market knowledge, and utilizing a strong network of industry contacts. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Must Have:

About the Role:


As our HR Brand & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying Joyteractive's employer brand. You’ll be responsible for positioning our company as an attractive workplace and ensuring we engage with the right talent through strategic communications and branding initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to craft and drive the entire HR brand strategy from the ground up, helping us attract top-tier professionals who align with our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR Brand & Communication strategy to position Joyteractive as an employer of choice in the gaming industry.

  • Take ownership of the entire employer branding function.

  • Create and execute content plan for employer branding, including social media, corporate website, and other communication channels.

  • Oversee the creation and launch of our corporate website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and attracts top talent.

  • Develop a corporate style for all visual and communication materials to ensure consistent messaging and design across platforms.

  • Write and manage articles, interviews, and external communication pieces to raise the company’s profile as a great place to work.

  • Forge partnerships and sponsorships that align with our employer branding strategy.

  • Organize and manage our presence at industry conferences and events, preparing ambassadors to represent Joyteractive.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.

  • Coordinate external vendors (e.g. designers, developers) to execute branding and communications projects.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Brand, Communications, or PR role within IT or gaming (gaming industry experience is a big plus).

  • Drive to take initiative and push forward impactful employer branding projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of the market, key players, and effective communication channels for reaching relevant audiences.

  • A well-established network of industry contacts.

  • Portfolio showcasing successful employer branding projects.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead and execute complex campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to form partnerships and build relationships.
