Job Description

The HR Business Partner at NiCE will support the Actimize Business Unit to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This role involves acting as a change agent for various HR initiatives including succession planning, policy review and implementation, management training and development. Key responsibilities include strategic partnering, employee relations, talent management, performance management, change management, HR policy and compliance, data analysis, and fostering employee engagement and culture.
Must have:
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to support overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
  • Implement talent development programs, including training, career development.
  • Guide managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Assist in managing organizational changes, such as restructures, mergers, or new initiatives.
  • Communicate changes effectively and support employees through transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ability to work with data, pull insights and create an action plan.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes.
  • Support the organizational employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.

The HR Business Partner at NiCE will support the Actimize Business Unit to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

Our HR Business Partner acts as a change agent in Managing Organizational Change for various HR initiatives including succession planning, policy review and implementation, management training and development etc.

Strategic Partnering:

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to support overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance.

Employee Relations:

Talent Management:

  • Support the organizational employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Should have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of HR as an HR Business partner.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
  • Empathy and Active Listening: Understanding employee concerns and needs, which helps in building trust and improving engagement.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Bringing innovative HR practices and creative solutions to address complex HR challenges and improve organizational effectiveness
