The company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support HR processes, implement initiatives like onboarding and performance evaluation, assist employees and managers, provide HR guidance, and analyze HR metrics such as turnover and engagement.
Must have:
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace tools
  • Creating, organizing, and analyzing documents, spreadsheets, and forms
  • Utilizing key formulas in Google Sheets
  • Managing shared calendars and email communication
  • Basic automation of routine HR processes
  • Setting up simple automations using Slack Workflow Builder, Google Forms with Apps Script, or Make/Zapier
  • Applying trigger-action logic to automate tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Initiative and proactivity

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team!

Your main tasks will be:

    • Supporting HR processes
    • Participating in the implementation of core HR initiatives, including onboarding, performance evaluation, employee engagement, learning, and development
    • Assisting employees and managers
    • Providing basic HR-related guidance on policies, procedures, and development opportunities
    • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics
    • Collecting and performing initial analysis of key HR indicators such as turnover, engagement, and employee satisfaction

    We expect from you:

    • Proficient use of Google Workspace tools
    • Confidently creating, organizing, and analyzing documents, spreadsheets, and forms
    • Utilizing key formulas in Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, ARRAYFORMULA, filters)
    • Effectively managing shared calendars and email communication
    • Basic automation of routine HR processes
    • Setting up simple automations using Slack Workflow Builder, Google Forms with Apps Script, or Make/Zapier
    • Applying trigger–action logic to automate tasks such as welcome messages, feedback collection, and anniversary notifications
    • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
    • Initiative and Proactivity

        • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
        • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
