Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to be a key part of our HR team. If you have experience in HR, are familiar with labor law, and are looking for a diverse role involving administration, people development, and communication across the company, read on. You will be responsible for employee administration, documentation, communication with accounting and external partners, payroll support, internal regulations, employee care, training analysis, and active collaboration across departments.
Must have:
  • Responsibility for administration related to employee onboarding and departures
  • Employee records, maintenance of labor law documentation
  • Communication with the accounting department, authorities, and external partners (e.g., OHS)
  • Support in personnel and payroll agenda – preparation of documents, reports, employment certificates
  • Collaboration on the creation of internal regulations and organizational rules
  • Employee care – monitoring life events, mentoring new colleagues
  • Analysis of training needs, proposal of training budget
  • Management of internal library and development of training tools
  • Active collaboration across the company – HR, marketing, sales, operations
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll issues
  • Experience with SAP is a condition
  • Intermediate English level

What will be your main job content:

What we expect from you:

Professional knowledge and practice:

  • Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll issues
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP is a condition
  • Intermediate English level – daily communication with an international team
