Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team. This diverse role involves managing employee administration from onboarding to departures, maintaining HR documentation, and communicating with various departments and external partners. You will support payroll, contribute to internal policies, and oversee employee care, including mentoring and training needs analysis. The role requires active collaboration across HR, marketing, sales, and operations, focusing on people development and administrative excellence.
Must have:
  • Manage employee onboarding and departures administration.
  • Maintain employee records and labor law documentation.
  • Communicate with accounting, authorities, and external partners.
  • Support payroll agenda, including document preparation.
  • Collaborate on internal regulations and organizational rules.
  • Provide employee care, including life event monitoring and mentoring.
  • Analyze training needs and propose education budgets.
  • Manage internal library and develop educational tools.
  • Actively cooperate with HR, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Possess basic knowledge of labor law and payroll.
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have mandatory SAP experience.
  • Possess intermediate English for daily international communication.
  • Demonstrate independence, reliability, and ability to complete complex tasks.
  • Identify and promptly communicate risks.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to self-development and knowledge sharing.
  • Show excellent communication, professionalism, discretion, and teamwork.
  • Be customer-oriented and able to align expectations.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to be a key member of our HR team. If you have experience in HR, are familiar with labor law, and are looking for a diverse role involving administration, people development, and communication with colleagues across the company – read on.

What will be your main job content:

  • Responsibility for administration related to employee onboarding and departures
  • Employee records, management of labor law documentation
  • Communication with the accounting department, authorities, and external partners (e.g., OHS)
  • Support in personnel and payroll agenda – preparation of documents, reports, employment certificates
  • Cooperation in the creation of internal regulations and organizational rules
  • Employee care – monitoring life events, mentoring new colleagues
  • Analysis of training needs, proposal of budget for education
  • Management of internal library and development of educational tools
  • Active cooperation across the company – HR, marketing, sales, operations

What we expect from you:

Professional knowledge and practice:

  • Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll issues
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Intermediate English level – daily communication with an international team

  • Independence, reliability, and ability to complete complex tasks on time and with quality
  • Ability to identify risks and communicate them promptly
