The HR Generalist will be a part of the best-in-class HR team and support the business in all HR cycles and changes. The role involves daily interaction with Stemmann – Polska employees and will be located at the Stemmann – Polska Plant in Kąty Wrocławskie, 25 km from Wrocław. Responsibilities include supporting organizational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy, increasing employee engagement, leading recruitment processes for production staff, and employer branding. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure HR excellence. You will be assisting in processes such as employee attraction, building strong HR cycle processes, and employee engagement and retention.
Must have:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Good to have:
  • Experience with Power BI and any HR system.

Here you will interact with Stemmann – Polska employees on a daily basis to grow together. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of HR initiatives and support a dynamic ST PL Team.

Responsibilities

Who will you be working with?

Our HR team is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing essential support to ensure seamless HR processes and successful organizational change initiatives.

You will be located at the Stemmann – Polska Plant in Kąty Wrocławskie, 25 km far from Wrocław.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the HR team you will be responsible for supporting organisational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. Your role will include, increasing employee engagement, leading recruitment processes for production staff and employer branding. You will report to the local Country Manager and work with cross-functional teams to ensure HR excellence.

  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with Power BI and any HR system is an advantage.

What will your typical day look like?

Assisting in processes:

  • Employee attraction:
  • Recruiting of employees.
  • Being a partner in the communication process with candidates, external agencies and internal interests.
  • Building Strong HR Cycle Processes:
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding sessions
  • Coordinating training programs to support employee integration and development.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Education/Training

  • Undergoing university studies or graduation in human resources/related field.

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or education/knowledge, with understanding of HR principles including employee relations, talent acquisition, development.
