You will be part of a strategic Production Planning and Control team, collaborating with experienced professionals in Manufacturing, Materials, Programs, and Services, mentored by the PCP Manager. This role offers a broad view of industrial processes and practical learning in a dynamic environment. As an intern, you will actively contribute to building and updating production schedules, supporting data analysis for capacity, demand, and performance. Your keen eye will identify improvement opportunities, assist in report generation, and collaborate on initiatives to boost plant productivity, ensuring projects align with strategic goals.
Must Have:
  • Studying Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering and related fields.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Communication skills.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and annual schedules.
  • Control production portfolios for all clients.
  • Control factory productivity.
  • Ensure systemic demand accuracy.
  • Generate delivery reports and indicators.
  • Control demands foreseen in the budget.

Who will you work with?

You will work under the mentorship of the PCP Manager, who leads initiatives to align productive capacity and demand, promoting integration between different areas of the organization. This experience will provide a broad view of industrial processes and a unique opportunity for practical learning in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

How will you make a difference?

As an intern, you will actively contribute to the construction and updating of production schedules, supporting the analysis of capacity, demand, and performance data. Your keen eye and curiosity will be essential to identify opportunities for process improvement, support the preparation of reports, and collaborate on initiatives aimed at increasing plant productivity. By participating in planning meetings and monitoring key indicators, you will help ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
