Who will you work with?
You will be part of a strategic Production Planning and Control team, collaborating directly with experienced professionals in Manufacturing, Materials, Programs, and Services. You will work under the mentorship of the PCP Manager, who leads initiatives to align productive capacity and demand, promoting integration between different areas of the organization. This experience will provide a broad view of industrial processes and a unique opportunity for practical learning in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
How will you make a difference?
As an intern, you will actively contribute to the construction and updating of production schedules, supporting the analysis of capacity, demand, and performance data. Your keen eye and curiosity will be essential to identify opportunities for process improvement, support the preparation of reports, and collaborate on initiatives aimed at increasing plant productivity. By participating in planning meetings and monitoring key indicators, you will help ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
